Once the booking has been paid for, we forward the booking details and the hirer’s contact information to you. You then arrange everything else directly with the hirer, including preparing the vehicle, collection, handover and return.
How It Works
1. Tell Us About Your Vehicle
Get in touch with details of your campervan or motorhome, including its make, model, age and facilities. We’ll discuss whether it’s suitable and explain how our service works.
2. We Create Your Listing
We use your vehicle details and photos to create a listing on our platforms and add it to our booking system, ready for customers to view and book.
3. The Customer Books and Pays
Customers book your vehicle through our booking system. Once the booking has been paid for, we pass the booking details and the hirer’s contact information on to you.
4. You Organise the Hire
You contact the hirer directly to organise everything needed for their trip. As the owner, you are responsible for the remaining hire arrangements, including vehicle preparation, collection, handover and return.
5. Preparing Your Vehicle for Hire
Before your first hire, check with your insurer that your cover is suitable for hiring your campervan or motorhome out to others. For general information, read the GOV.UK guide to vehicle insurance.
Our Commission and Fees
We charge a commission percentage and a fee for our listing and booking service. We’ll explain these charges and how they apply before you agree to list your vehicle with us, so you know what to expect.
