We allow one small/medium sized dog. Unfortunately there isn’t space for large dogs.

Any damage to seat coverings or linings and any extra cleaning as a result of your dog will be charged against your security deposit.

While you select your preferred location during the process for campervan hire in Southport, there may be rare instances where we need to adjust the pick-up or drop-off point. Bookings booked 6 to 12 months in advance will need to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of £250. The full balance to be paid 6 weeks before collection.

Cancellations for bookings with Olympus Campervan Hire in Southport are subject to charges based on the time remaining until the start of your stay. If you cancel 5 weeks or less before your arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made 4 weeks or less in advance, the charge increases to 40%, while cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the start date will incur a 60% fee. If you cancel 2 weeks or less before your stay, 85% of the booking will be charged, and for cancellations made 1 week or less in advance, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged. Cancellations made outside of these specified periods will only be charged the deposit.

Collection from 12pm to 3pm on the first day of your trip, vehicle needs to be dropped back by between 11am and 12pm at the latest on your last day.
