Cancellations for bookings with Olympus Campervan Hire in Preston are subject to charges based on the time remaining until the start of your stay. If you cancel 5 weeks or less before your arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made 4 weeks or less in advance, the charge increases to 40%, while cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the start date will incur a 60% fee.

If you cancel 2 weeks or less before your stay, 85% of the booking will be charged, and for cancellations made 1 week or less in advance, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged. Cancellations made outside of these specified periods will only be charged the deposit.

Collection from 2pm to 3pm on the first day of your trip, vehicle needs to be dropped back by before 11am on your last day.
