Who arranges the hire insurance?
The vehicle owner is responsible for arranging suitable hire insurance and confirming with their insurer that the campervan or motorhome is covered for hire before any booking begins.
Who handles the security deposit?
Any refundable security deposit is collected and managed directly by the vehicle owner, separately from your booking payment to Olympus. The amount, payment arrangements, refund timescale and conditions for deductions will be provided before a booking. The owner handles the vehicle’s return inspection and any deposit queries.
