We allow one small/medium sized dog. Unfortunately there isn’t space for large dogs.

Any damage to seat coverings or linings and any extra cleaning as a result of your dog will be charged against your security deposit.

This can happen due to unforeseen circumstances like staff shortages, operational issues, or other logistical challenges. We understand this can be inconvenient and will always endeavor to provide an alternative location that is as close and convenient as possible to your original choice. We’ll notify you immediately if such a change is necessary.

Yes, on occasion, the specific van allocated to your booking may need to be changed due to unforeseen issues such as mechanical problems or availability. While we always strive to provide the exact van you selected, we reserve the right to substitute it with a vehicle of equivalent or superior specifications and features. Olympus Campervan Hire in the North West will always do it’s best to inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Yes, our insurance provider requires a £500 security deposit is required for campervan hire in the North West, which is fully refundable 14 days from departure subject to there being no damage, parking / speeding fines or extra cleaning. This is standard for the campervan hire industry.

Bookings booked 6 to 12 months in advance will need to pay a non-refundable booking deposit of £250. The full balance to be paid 6 weeks before collection.

Bookings booked LESS than 6 months in advance will need full payment of the hire

Olympus Campervan Hire in the North West is covered with 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance. If the vehicle cannot be repaired we will refund the remaining days of the hire plus reasonable compensation.

A full Drivers Licence and 2 forms of ID.

Cancellations for bookings with Olympus Campervan Hire in the North West are subject to charges based on the time remaining until the start of your stay.

If you cancel 5 weeks or less before your arrival, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made 4 weeks or less in advance, the charge increases to 40%, while cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the start date will incur a 60% fee. If you cancel 2 weeks or less before your stay, 85% of the booking will be charged, and for cancellations made 1 week or less in advance, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged. Cancellations made outside of these specified periods will only be charged the deposit.

For campervan hire in the North West, drivers need to be 25 years to 75 years of age and hold a full Drivers Licence for more than 2 years and no more than 6 penalty points.
